Services are delivered in connection with regulated financial partners, licensed banking institutions, and payment processing networks.
2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to establish an account and access financial services.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and identity verification.
- You agree not to use PayBridge for any unlawful activities, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or violations of international trade sanctions.

3. Customer Verification & Regulatory Compliance
To fulfill regulatory obligations under Applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) laws, PayBridge requires users to submit valid identification documents, proof of address, and supplementary verification information. 5. Service Availability & Warranties
While PayBridge aims for 99.9% uptime and reliable payment processing, the platform is provided on an "as available" basis without express or implied guarantees against temporary service interruptions caused by third-party payment rail outages, banking partner maintenance, or force majeure events.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PayBridge Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or losses resulting from unauthorized account access due to user negligence in protecting security credentials.
7. Privacy & Data Handling
